    Coming Together with The Neighbourhood Skate Club

     How does being part of a collective provoke feelings of belonging? From collective art classes or group sport activities we believe that by "Coming Together" we support and empower each other to feel safe in discovering our own identities. We caught up with Founder of Neighbourhood Skate Club, Lyndsay McLaren to discuss her journey from taking on the skate scene solo to starting the sisterhood of the NHSC.

    Apprenticeship series: Rebecca Burnett

    Rebecca is currently learning to tattoo from Jezebel, an all female studio and workshop in Falmouth, Cornwall after recently graduating in Illustration at Falmouth University. Currently spending her days doodling flash and tattooing a lot of grapefruits, Rebecca is just about to make the transition of tattooing on skin under the mentorship of Meg (@blackbettytattoos)

    On Wednesdays we wear pink

    Louise Simpson (@bunnie.tatz) is a resident artist at Down On Middlewood Studio in Sheffield, UK. Louise's pastel colour pallet and 'cutesy' take on traditional tattoo design is what first caught our eye. Only in her second year of tattooing we look forward to seeing more work from Louise as she takes her place in the UK's northern tattoo scene.
