Stories & Ink x No Regrets - Black Friday Voucher Promotion

These terms govern the Stories & Ink x No Regrets Black Friday promotion. They outline eligibility, how the offer works, voucher rules, and each party’s responsibilities.

Eligibility

This promotion applies to all orders placed on the Stories & Ink UK website between 28 November and 5 December inclusive. Orders placed on 26 or 27 November using an approved early-access code are also eligible. One redemption code may be issued per customer. No minimum spend is required. This promotion runs concurrently with other promotions or discounts.

How the Offer Works

Stories & Ink will email each eligible customer a unique redemption code after purchase. This code is not the £50 tattoo voucher. To receive the £50 voucher, the customer must redeem their code on the No Regrets webpage.

The redemption code will be sent by email from Stories & Ink once per customer. Codes cannot be replaced if lost.

Voucher Redemption

To receive the £50 tattoo voucher, customers must enter their unique redemption code on the No Regrets redemption webpage. No Regrets will issue the £50 voucher directly to the customer.

The voucher issued by No Regrets:

• Is valid for new enquiries only

• Is valid for six months

• Cannot be used for existing appointments or enquiries

• Cannot be exchanged for cash

• Is subject to No Regrets’ own terms of use

Stories & Ink is not responsible for the fulfilment, issuance, or use of the voucher after the customer redeems their code on the No Regrets website.

Returns & Cancellations

If an order is refunded in full after a code has been issued, Stories & Ink reserves the right to invalidate the redemption code. Once invalidated, the customer will be unable to redeem the code on the No Regrets website.

Data & Privacy

Stories & Ink does not share any customer personal data or email addresses with No Regrets as part of this promotion.

Customers choose whether or not to redeem their code directly on the No Regrets website. Any personal data submitted during voucher redemption is processed solely by No Regrets.

Changes to the Promotion

Stories & Ink may amend or withdraw this promotion where necessary, but changes will not affect redemption codes already issued.

Stories & Ink is a trading name of The Others Beauty Co Limited. No Regrets is the trading name of No Regrets Management Limited. References to each party relate to these respective legal entities.
