Ascension – by Itonisha Rowe
A scorpion paired with the all-seeing eye, Ascension explores themes of protection, transformation, and new beginnings. Inspired by Afro symbolism and classic tattoo iconography, the piece reflects Nish’s wider artistic language — bold, intentional, and deeply rooted in identity and heritage, using universal symbols that carry meaning both inside and outside of tattoo culture as a reflection of power, ancestry, and personal evolution.
