Apply to wet skin, lightly covering the areas of your body you wish to exfoliate and apply gentle pressure with a circular motion.
Use 1-3 times per week. Always moisturise after exfoliation.

I only came to having tattoos later on in life possible because life was slowing down and I could think about myself for a change.
I've had my coloured tattoos for just two years now and noticed the colours were fading. So after a discussion with my youngest daughter I started looking for a exfoliator. I wanted to make sure I got the right thing so I started researching online tattoo exfoliators . I also wanted to make sure it wouldn't irritate my skin and smell nice at the same time.
So I found Stories and Ink they weren't the cheapest out there but they had great reviews. I received the exfoliator and used it once but didn't really notice any different then read the advise on the packaging to use a few times wish I did and Wow what a difference it makes the colours are so much brighter and the black writing stands out more too it also smells great too.

Wash with this daily. It smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling clean and smooth. A small amount goes a long way and helps keep my tattoos looking great when used with the daily moisturiser
I was apprehensive as I have dark and dry skin but it really does the job. I use vibrancy cerium which after a week has brought old and new tats up. I also use the spray when having the tats out you need very little of this or it gets greasy the excess don’t make it work more

A gentle product, not too abrasive on wet skin, just wish it was a little less runny. Smells gorgeous and leaves skin feeling soft.
I’ve been using the exfoliating body wash alongside the daily moisturiser and vibrancy serum and found them all to be fantastic; leaving my skin feeling fresh and my tattoos vibrant. I have been a fan of the Stories & Ink from when it first started off with the coconut oil so l did not hesitate when l purchased the Daily moisturizer, highlighting body oil, vibrancy serum and the exfoliating wash. I am a particular fan of the daily moisturizer as it’s a good sized bottle. I would like to see the exfoliating wash in a bigger bottle with a pump for ease of use and plenty of product to last a while as l two 3/4 sleeves to maintain. Overall brilliant products and will continue to use as they keep my tattoos fresh and the skin soft having recently been in a shop and my tattoos actually been mistaken for being very fresh only solidified more how much the products work.

Does this contain fragrance?
Yes. The Exfoliating Body Wash is fragranced and is for healed skin only. Do not use on a fresh or healing tattoo.
Is this a scrub?
No. There are no physical exfoliating particles, no sugar, no salt, no microbeads. Exfoliation comes from a botanical AHA complex: Bilberry, Sugar Cane, Orange, Lemon and Sugar Maple. These naturally occurring alpha hydroxy acids dissolve the dull, dead surface layer of skin so light reflects more cleanly off the ink underneath.
How does it actually keep tattoos sharp?
Tattoo ink sits in the dermis, but what you see is filtered through the layers of skin above it. As dead skin builds up, tattoos look duller, fuzzier and less defined. Gentle, regular AHA exfoliation removes that build-up and keeps the optical contrast of the ink at its best. It also contains Bulbine Frutescens Leaf Juice for hydration and barrier support.
How often should I use it?
1 to 3 times a week. Daily use is too much for most skin types and can compromise the barrier. Always follow with the Daily Moisturiser, since AHAs leave skin slightly more porous and need replenishment.
Can I use it everywhere?
Yes. It's body-safe and works across all tattooed and non-tattooed skin. Avoid the face (separate skincare category) and any broken or freshly tattooed skin.
Will it fade my tattoos?
No. Surface AHA exfoliation only affects the outermost (dead) layer of skin. Tattoo ink sits in the dermis, well below where AHAs work. If anything, regular gentle exfoliation makes ink appear more vivid because there's less dull surface in the way.
Can I use it on the same day as Vibrancy Serum?
Yes. Exfoliating Body Wash in the shower, towel dry, apply Daily Moisturiser, then Vibrancy Serum overnight. The exfoliation actually helps the serum penetrate more effectively.
How long does delivery take?
