All EU orders ship duty-paid. No surprise charges on delivery for orders under €150.

Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Delivery typically 7-14 working days. Duties and taxes may apply on arrival depending on your country.

Dispatch locations

UK, EU, and rest-of-world orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

US orders are dispatched by Amazon Logistics from various US warehouses.

Dispatch times

Same-day dispatch cut-off times (UK time):

· Royal Mail: order by 4pm Monday to Friday, 11am Saturday

· DPD: order by 2pm Monday to Friday

Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the following working day.

Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK islands

Shipments to areas outside UK mainland take a little longer:

· Northern Ireland: 3-5 working days

· Scottish Highlands: 3-5 working days

· Isle of Man: 3-5 working days

· Channel Islands: 3-6 working days, tracked until handover to local postal services

US non-mainland shipping

Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other US islands and territories takes longer. The exact time will be shown at checkout.

Returns

We offer two ways to return a product, depending on your situation.

Changed your mind: standard return

If you haven't opened the product, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You'll need to cover return postage. Email info@storiesandink.com to start a return and we'll send you the address.

Tried it and it didn't work for your skin: 30-day money-back guarantee

If you've used the product and it's not right for you, we'll refund the product price within 30 days of delivery. No need to send the product back.
