Protocol
An anonymous online questionnaire run from 12 to 25 June 2026. Customers rated statements about products they had bought and used, on a 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree) scale. Names and personal details were removed before analysis.
Objective
Measure real, customer-reported experience of each product, across healing and comfort for fresh tattoos and the long-term look of healed ink.
