Does this contain fragrance?
Yes. The Highlighting Body Oil is fragranced and is for healed skin only.
Is it greasy?
No. It's a dry-touch anhydrous oil, formulated to absorb quickly and leave a soft sheen rather than a slick film. You can dress within a couple of minutes of applying.
How does it work?
Two key ingredients. Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate is an oil-soluble form of Vitamin C, more stable in an anhydrous (water-free) base than standard L-ascorbic acid. It's an antioxidant that helps protect ink against UV and pollution-driven fade. Lupinus Albus Seed Extract supports skin firmness and tone. The oil base adds light reflectivity, which makes tattoos visually pop the way they do when freshly moisturised.
When and how do I use it?
On healed skin, anytime you want your tattoos to look their sharpest. A few drops go a long way. Apply directly to tattooed areas, smooth over with clean hands, let absorb. Many customers use it as the final step in their AM routine, or as a top-up before going out.
Can I use it on non-tattooed skin?
Yes. It works as a general-purpose body oil. The Vitamin C and Lupin extract benefit all skin, tattooed or not.
Is this the same as the Vibrancy Serum?
No. The serum is your overnight treatment; the oil is your daytime finish. Vibrancy Serum (water-based, leave-on, longer-acting) does the work below the surface. Highlighting Body Oil (oil-based, immediate, finishing) does the work on the surface. You can use both: serum overnight, oil during the day.
Will it stain my clothes?
The oil absorbs quickly, but as with any body oil, give it 5 minutes before getting dressed (especially in light-coloured cotton or linen). It does not contain pigments or shimmer, so no transfer.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed the same day that they are placed, but please allow for weekends/bank holidays as our warehouse will be closed during these periods.
